Also the table setting with the one stem flowers made such an expensive table setting look so very elegant, those stool chairs are from ikea, a plain whit table cloth, crisp and ironed and simple candles, so very well done for any budget.

I absolutely luv the simplicity of minimal vut intentional floral design, each of these examples were literally so beautifully done.

Honestly no because #1 it makes the table look very empty and sad looking and #2 it’s just not interesting; I would much rather look at fun, colorful, pretty, flower bouquets, than a single stem.

As a wedding photographer, please have the flowers lower than your face at seated level! And a few inches lower than your chins so you do not become a floating head. We photograph you sitting at your seats 99% of the time during speeches. Yes, we can move around, but just something to keep in mind, especially in smaller spaces where shooting options become very limited without blocking guests. ❤❤❤

The bridesmaids have not contributed anything. Not even a suggestion or an offer. I’ve asked for help. Twice. I get nothing. These aren’t my friends… they are the brides. I’m her sister. This is the worst feeling that I’m going to let my sister down because I suck at parties. I’m heavily introverted. And yes… said same to the bridesmaids. None of us live close to the bride. Including me… I can’t wait for this wedding to be here and enjoy the day. It’s just.. my part in this with the bridal shower is going south. I have less than 2 months to go. And… I’m out so much money as I rented an airbnb close to the venue for the bridesmaids. 4 of which still haven’t paid me their share. 😢

It wouldn’t necessarily be my wedding’s vibe, but the lilies with the white candles are stunning. The levels are done really beautifully. I genuinely gasped when I saw that one. I think minimalism can be both beautiful and cost effective if you know what you’re doing.

Boring, but to each his own. Can you do an example fuuuull floral (really a lot) with predominantly blue + pink combi, but also some added colors? And greenery needs to be there too. To me that sounds magical 😍

Love the sweetheart table ideas. I had almost one of those ideas for my wedding. there are two reasons why I decided to have a sweetheart table. one is because I want to spend more time with my husband. two is because most of my wedding party had husbands and wives and kids that I thought would like to sit with them.

I had to look up what microwedding is, and you telling me under 50 people ISN'T the norm? Dang, I've learned something new. All of my family and friends had microweddings, so I guess that skewed my perception. I, too, would like a microwedding then.

I have a friend that had a s'mores bar at her birthday celebration and let me tell you, it was amazing! All those grown adults giggling and smiling like kids excited to eat a s'more! I think it would also be fun to have a hot chocolate bar with different flavours and toppings.

I love it, for those brides that want a traditional white wedding dress (me) but still want some color.

I would suggest using the leaves as it is, like how Indians do. Just wash them clean. They smell of nature and leaves on the plants can grow again. It is stupid to chop trees to make cutleries because losing our trees mean severe big disaster for Mother Earth, it is jumping from the zero-plastic hole to the zero-tree hole which means stupidity of humans will destroy Earth someday and all perish. Is this what we as humans really want to face? Please. Let us use common sense.
